I recently visited your dealership for an oil change, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of engagement and ownership displayed by the service staff. I feel compelled to share my experience in detail. Since I purchased my car from your dealership back in August and opted for the extended service plan, which includes services like oil changes in my monthly payment, I decided to make the one-hour drive for my first service appointment, believing it would be a seamless process. I arrived as a walk-in and was fully prepared to wait, understanding that scheduling in advance is preferable. Upon arrival, I was sent from one counter to another multiple times before finally being assisted. A staff member took my details and informed me that the wait time would be about an hour and 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting area but noticed that no one approached me even after the expected time had passed. I walked over to the counters where three staff members were present. All of them seemed occupied with paperwork and failed to acknowledge or assist me. Eventually, I approached a young employee—who appeared to be an intern or very new—and explained my situation. He seemed unsure but reluctantly agreed to check on my car. After some time, I noticed my car was ready and parked outside, but no one informed me. If I hadn’t gone to check, I might have waited even longer. When I asked the young employee for assistance again, he told me my car was ready but couldn’t finalize the paperwork because the person who initially helped me was not at the desk. Despite there being no other customers and several staff members present, no one stepped up to assist. I stood there for over 15 minutes while the staff seemed uninterested and disengaged. When I was finally addressed, one of the staff members incorrectly called me by another customer’s name, adding to the confusion. After much delay and no clear resolution, the young employee eventually told me I could leave and that they would take care of the paperwork. To my surprise, I later received an email requesting payment for the oil change, even though it should have been covered under my extended service plan. The entire experience left me speechless. I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life. The staff displayed no ownership, no initiative to assist, and no understanding of what good customer service entails. This was my last visit to your dealership. I will not return for service or recommend your extended warranty program to anyone due to the disjointed and disappointing experience. More
