My wife brought my new Camry Hybrid in for oil change & 25000 mile maintenance. Just simple Oil change & tire rotation. Now car is leaking oil all over driveway. Underneath car, you can see where & 25000 mile maintenance. Just simple Oil change & tire rotation. Now car is leaking oil all over driveway. Underneath car, you can see where oil has splattered all over undercarriage. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED with quality of service. I will be bringing in car back in for inspection of oil leak and resolution of problem. Now I got brand new car leaking oil which might cause future problems. Plus I now have to clean driveway of all oil stains. First time I bring in car for service and now I doubt I can ever trust service department. More
My rear camera and related system is mal functioning. It is related to high outside temperatures, The dealership would not test it beyond 24 hours to replicare the problem. Although this is an expensive add on they state since it is a redundant system I should not reply on it functionality, I have done body damage to my car because the system has frozen, Blue tooth has popped up and the system claims I am on the phone and locks on this eventhough the phone is not in use. The potential for me backing into a person exists but the dealer is passing up any responsibilty with corporate mumbo jumbo.They have referred me to Toyota to deal with this instead of being my advocate with a corporate giant. They offer no solution to how I can prove to them that this problem exists sincee they cannot replicate it in the 24 hours they allowed. It is truly amazed that someone would tell me I have no right depending on the expensive backup camera that they sold me as a feature and says I must suppliment its use with a mirror that clearly states objects may appear closer than they are. I was flat up againist my truck when the camera showed me several feet away. More

I have all the maintenance done at their facility and will continue to do so. I would like to include James House in this recommendation as he has provided excellent service in the past. More
I originally came in for service for my 2002 Toyota 4Runner but the repair cost was rather high. I was asked if I might be interested in looking at a new vehicle and I was. This was one of those serendipitous moments that don't come along often. I was getting an oil change when a young man, Michael Wood, introduced himself to me and we talked about the trade in program. My intention was to keep my Toyota Highlander for another year or so and wasn't in the market yet for another. He asked what features I would be interested in when the time came. We chatted for awhile and in a bit he came back to show me a car that had everything I would want and more! The rest is history. I purchased the Highlander and have to say it was the most painless purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced!! Michael was easy to work with, as was the finance manager. While I did not purchase this 2004 Corolla from Checkered Flag, I have in the past. My service was over $700/632 with discount. Car had the same issue when I left. I had to have the car towed 2 blocks from the dealership. I do not think a car should be repaired if the dealer knows that the repairs will not resolve the problem. I feel that the service department was not honest in providing me the full details of the repairs completed or what they assesed needed to be done. I would not have paid over $600 to have the same problem. And when I called to use the "free" roadside assistance, I was told the tow would cost me $90. The service representative was not helpful when I called her back to let her know I was having the same issue. She implied it was my fault. I misspoke the costs of the repairs she quoted because I was so upset and I am sure she documented it to use if I filed a complaint. By the time I called to speake to the service manager they were closed. It was a holiday weekend and I have not called back. I do plan to contact my financial institution again to file a service complaint to obtain a refund. More
