Excellence Service with tires & vehicle purchases Tire pressure light came on. Called Charles Barker because they are closer to my residence/work, and they said to come in. Went this afternoon, and Tire pressure light came on. Called Charles Barker because they are closer to my residence/work, and they said to come in. Went this afternoon, and technician said it would be a 2 hour wait (for tire check!). Tried to go to gas stations but two were backed up with other customers. Called Checkered Flag. They said to come in, and there would not be a wait. When I got there, I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady who immediately took my vehicle, added some air and discovered I had a small screw in tire. She immediately got a tire technician who pulled out screw. He also gave me a tire gauge. They greeted me warmly and took care of my issue immediately. I asked to speak with their manager so I could express my satisfaction, but since she was in a meeting, they suggested I post a review. Also, purchased two vehicles from them. When I was shopping for a Hylander 3 years ago, Charles Barker salesman would not give me the time of day (which was sad since I had purchased my minivan from them). Came to Checkered Flag and purchased one. it was such a great experience, a month later, we purchased another vehicle. we have been pleased with the customer service and vehicles. My experiences are completely different than the prior Toyota dealership. I highly recommend Checkered Flag. More

I left my car, and had someone from my office pick me up and take me to work. I asked if my car would be ready by the end of the day, and it was. Carlos Polanco is one of the best service adviser that I ever dealt with, he keeps you inform and tell you what issues need to be fixed and which ones can wait. When I had, my dashboard repaired Carlos took the extra step to get a car rental, and on top of that he called me every day and told me the progress the technicians were making. If anyone ever needs a good service advisor that treats you with respect I would recommend that you deal with Mr. Carlos Polanco he will take care of you from start to finish. More

That's why we decided to not trust Toyota or any car dealer but we decided to come back, this time to Toyota Checkered flag at the Virginia Beach Blvd, where we took the car to get maintenance, even though we weren't sure if we should trust them we are so grateful that we let ourselves trust them because even though there wasn't someone who spoke Spanish Mr. Michael Alfier did his very best to help us out and he showed us different alternatives on what we could do and everything. We are grateful to all the staff that were very nice to us and that they did whatever they could to help us out. I highly recommend that you got there! More

Toytoa Care 6:09PM Very POOR service , they don;t treat Toyota care customers with respect.WE were on trip service engine light came on . we called they told us 6:09PM Very POOR service , they don;t treat Toyota care customers with respect.WE were on trip service engine light came on . we called they told us to come right over we did 4'58 pm.they don't have to change the oil because we didn't have an inspection sticker. our state doesn;t require one.we were told they would turn out light but no oil change, The bays were empty so there wasn;t an over load.this was Virginia and we were honeymooning from Ga. we Had to go to Walmart for oil change.Toyota care means nothing to this Dealership.
