I stopped by the dealership on Friday and he was the first person to greet me and introduce himself. I ask him for some books to go over until the next day when my daughter would be bringing me back. As soon as I walked in the door on Saturday he was there waiting. He remembered my name and that really impressed me. I hope I have a chance in the future to deal with him.
