I went to the dealer with a specific requirement in mind. Michael was very helpful in finding out exactly what i wanted and then making it avaiable to me. The management team at Checkered Flag has done a wonderful job of training their sales and service teams. I walked in as a sales person’s worst enemy… I came to browse. Toyota produces fine products, but in the current competitive market I felt it worth my time and effort to comparison shop. Micheal Yuan saw me browsing at the dealership, but waited for me approach him. He did announce himself. I think he said, ‘Let me know if you have any questions’ or something similar, but didn’t launch into a sales presentation. He instead acted as customer service agent answering my questions and assuring me he’d be happy to assist further if we decided to purchase a Toyota product. We exchanged contact information and I went on my way. I continued with my plan of action. I visited a number of local dealerships. There are some competitive options available, but I felt Toyota’s offerings best fit my product and service to pricing desires. I didn’t rush back to the dealership. Nor did Micheal pressure me to do so. Micheal seemed content that his company’s product would measure up, and he was right. I offer Micheal my highest praise. He was a pleasure to work with. More

One thing we especially liked about our salesperson and the dealership is the directness with which they handled the sale. Some dealerships/salespeople try to coerce or manipulate the buyer or use strongarm sales tactics, but Mr. Yuan was straightforward and matter-of-fact throughout the price negotiation and sale. There were no surprises (junk fees, added costs) at signing, and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. We purchased the car with the plan to add extra features to it, and Mr. Yuan ordered the parts, scheduled the service, and arranged a rental immediately. All told, we highly recommend this dealership. More

Ray Aiden was couteous and not overbearing. He was available to us and aswered our questions. We did not likehaving to hear the sales pitch regarding undercoating and paint protection.
