My salesman, Mike Morales did a great job, but I was disappointed in the after-the-sale procedures which inflated the price of my vehicle beyond the limits I had set for myself. It would be helpful to make a customer better aware of the need / cost of these "extras" (undercoating, surface protections, extended warranties, etc.) before the customer makes a buying decision based on the dealer's price quote, so that the actual final price is more realistic. I also felt that the salespeople for the "extras," though friendly and not overly pushy, came across a bit "plastic" and insincere. Had I known more about the extra expenses, I might have done more comparison shopping and/or negotiating before the actual purchase. It's hard to comment on the quality of the work at this early stage. (I've had the car less than a week.) More
