It was mostly a good experience. Did feel like a lot of extra charges were dumped on me in the latter part of the process. Would have been nice to know about such things before I signed the paper for the original price of the car--but I have a feeling this is how car dealerships work. In any case, I will tell everyone I know that I got a great deal, because everyone "gets a great deal" when they buy a car. No one wants to admit that they might have gotten a bad deal on such a big purchase. More

This is my second review. My first one was marked great, well wait a week. I have to problems. 1) The Salesman knew I wanted a backup camera and said I can get one installed after; Ok well I go to the parts well wait a week. Come to find out Toyota does not make one for it right now. You can get one if you order your truck from the factory but not after even though the Tundra is wirer for it. Called Michael Cerrone up about it and no call back. Also I'm waiting for the Customer Relations Manager at Checkered Flag Toyota to get back with me and he is over due also. The second problem was the driver side mirror needed to be replaced I called Michael Cerrone up and all I got back was this survey to fill out again. So I went to the Dealership and I talked to Michael Yuan (Sales), He took good care of me. I had the mirror fixed in a few days. Being able to get a backup camera for the Tundra was a big factor for me mostly for my wife because it is hard to see kids behind the truck. Being told you can get one than after the sale is finial you’re told something different. I have owned Toyota for over 20 years and two of the three were from this Dealership. I am rethinking about buying another one in the future. More
