I have been a Toyota auto buyer since 1992. I have bought 8 Toyotas since then. This purchase was my ninth. At another dealership I was not treated as I thought I would be given I am a dedicated Toy bought 8 Toyotas since then. This purchase was my ninth. Ray Aiden treated me as I felt a repeat buyer should be treated, even though I had not bought any of those prior Toyotas at this dealership. He left me for only a few minutes and came back after speaking to his supervisor with a reasonable offer for the new car. I agreed to the price without any haggling. The car was not located on the lot. It was obtained from a dealership about 200 miles away and was ready for me to pickup within three working days. Mr Morales was the first salesman to approach me when I was at the Toyota lot. He was taking care of other customers but was cordial enough to assist both of us. Lawrence is very friendly and patient, answering all of my questions in a timely manner, whether via email or telephone. However, this is the 2nd car that I have purchased from Checkered Flag in less than 5 years, and I know that I was NOT given the best price possible. I base this statement on the figures that I was given from my car shopping service available through USAA. While Checkered Flag is not a partner with USAA - I would like to think that they would still honor a reasonable price. Overall my experience with Checkered Flag was positive. The location of the dealership was more convenient for me than the dealer that partners with USAA members. Finally and most importantly....I LOVE my new Highlander! More
