Customer service rated lower due to internet sales dept. Internet sales rep was responsive, but stated vehicle (identified by stock #) I found online wasn't in the inventory. My husband, Art, went alone to the dealership to purchase a certified used vehicle for me. I was a little nervous about what he might come home with. When he called and told me the Toyota we had hoped to get had been sold that morning I was disappointed, but the salesman, Bill Peterson, had found another Camry within our price range that sounded just as good or better than the one we had originally hoped to get. I don't know the name of the finance person who helped, but everything worked out so that we could afford the vehicle. Art drove the car home to pick me up so I could go to the dealership and sign papers. I got to met Mr. Peterson and he was wonderful! Very friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and took great care to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Took less than half a day for me to get my 2010 Certified Camry. I am very satisfied and will reccommend Checkered Flag and Bill Peterson to family and friends. More
