I came there and test drive a IS350.I ask the sales man is there anything wrong with the car he said no.so i trust his word so i sign the paper work.Later that day i went home and found out on carfax that is there anything wrong with the car he said no.so i trust his word so i sign the paper work.Later that day i went home and found out on carfax that my car was in a accident.so the next day i came back to put my downpayment and pick up my car.i ask to talk to the manager.i told him that the car had a bad carfax.he didnt car he said i sign the paper so if i dont pay him i will be sent to jail.this is the worse service ever.I will never buy a car from there again.I will tell everyone about my experience.
