I enjoyed working with Mike Yuan quite a bit, and would buy from him again. I did not enjoy working with his business manager as much. I do not remember the gentleman's name, but he came across as very c buy from him again. I did not enjoy working with his business manager as much. I would probably not have been as likely to buy from this gentleman if he had been my initial contact with the dealer. Luckily for both them, and myself since the car was a good fit for me, I didn't have to deal with the business manager until I was already committed to buying the car. The only other complaint I had was I had a brake light that wasn't working, and for a "certified" used car, this is unacceptable. More
