so i went to buy a used truck from these guys so i set up a appointment to test drive for the next day at 5pm. when i show up the sales person tells me that they sent it to a sister dealer at 12pm. then the a appointment to test drive for the next day at 5pm. when i show up the sales person tells me that they sent it to a sister dealer at 12pm. then the sales people tell me that its a first come first serve and should have been on time. i was 25 mins late but to me it does not seem to matter it was not even there. they did not even try to contact me and let me know. this place has very poor communication. i hope they do not treat their future customers the same way. Our expectations were not disappointed from the initial greeting by our salesman Michael Yuan and later by the Sales Manager Josh. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and ended up purchasing a new 2011 Camry and as we were leaving the building we realized the dealership had closed, but not one person from the salesman to the pay clerk made any mention they were closed, nor did they make us feel rushed in anyway. That kind of treatment will bring us back to Checkered Flag Toyota in the future. More
