Prices weren't the same as online on some of the cars on the lot. The dealer didn't know where two certain cars were and we had to wait a long time. They then found a key to one, cpontinued to look for the cars to find out they didn't even have them any more When talking to the finance guy we were told about a warranty for 7 years to find out it wasn't from the day you buy the car but from the day it was made so it was only good for a year and a half. we left with a great six year warranty for the same price as the 2 year but it took walking out to get that. I hate it when people aren't upfront and tell you they are giving you the best price they can and then can do better 5 mins later when a new warranty appears that they didn't/couldn't offer 5 mins before. We were ready to walk and go home and sleep on it when the manager came out and took us in and worked out a better price. With this we left happy. A little more than plained to spend but not bad at all with the warranty we got with it. Well our goof we signed things without looking and with trusting what we had been told.. We were promised one price without the down payment included and then sold the car for 1000 more. In conclusion we didn't have the best experience. Great salesman and very helpful and insightful help from the women who explained everything to us. The salesman was great with our 20 month old daughter and very nice and helpful and gave us a helping hand when the weather was poor. However overal weren't very satisfied with the dealer ship and won't go back nor refer to someone else. More

Well the ONLY way we can sum up our visit to Checkered Flag Toyota and Having Jun Garvida as our "Client Liason" in 2 words would be "AMAZING EXPERIENCE"!!!
