I bought the car here for 2 reasons. 1- Lawrence was a great salesman and a good person. 2- The price was competitive. In spite of it storming outside the salesman was very patient, courteous, and well-informed about the vehicle, so much so that it led me from an inquiry to a purchase. Robert was one of the best sales person I've ever worked with and that's saying slot coming from me. I explained to Robert exactly what I was looking for within minutes he was able to put me in front of th with and that's saying slot coming from me. He didn't try and sell me something I wasn't interested in. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I brought and was able to answer questions about other vehicles I had inquired about. I changed my mind after seeing what Honda and he had to after, especially the willingness to make a reasonable deal. Very professional and clean, nice people, only negative was no one ever told me what I actually paid for the car or the bumper to bumper warranty. Brad was helpfull in that when we went there, we thought we might buy a van, but in the midst of getting price on a used van, with no warranty we thought about an Accord or Civic but Brad asked had we thoug we might buy a van, but in the midst of getting price on a used van, with no warranty we thought about an Accord or Civic but Brad asked had we thought about a CR-V (since it is higher up like a van and a more haulig room)and we hadn't. He also asked had we thought about leasing rather than buying since we don't put a lot of miles on our cars. After listening to him about leasing instead of buying and seeing the CR-V that is what we got. The coffe was great and everyone in the show room was friendly. I liked it becuase Brad talked slow and explained things to us so I didn't feel like he was just a salesman trying to make a sale no matter what we got. More

The experience was good except for the price negotiation. I understand the effect of supply and demand, However, when we were eight hundred dollars apart, the salesman relayed that the manager would compr I understand the effect of supply and demand, However, when we were eight hundred dollars apart, the salesman relayed that the manager would compromise by "splitting the difference", I said OK. To me "splitting the difference" meant I would go up $400 and they would come down $400. The salesman returned with the news that "this is our lowest price". It was not "splitting the difference".
