I go in prepared and Lawerence makes it happen with no bull, and all professionalism. He will take care of you in every step. Scion Manager or not, he knows all models. I went in this time to upgrade from a 4yr old Tundra TRD crew, and walked out with the Manager's Tundra Platinum. Exactly what I wanted, and it's funny that nothing's safe on the lot with him around! He also let me drive it for a few days to see if it was the right fit for me. When I came back, we completed the paperwork and the truck was detailed, serviced and ready the same day. Nothing is off the table with him. Superior! I actually financed with them both times as well. There wasn't a bank or credit union out there that beat Toyota's rates.
