Freddie was the first employee I encountered when I got to the dealership. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and not at all pushy. I didn't feel like just another customer with money to spend--which, to the dealership. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and not at all pushy. He knew everything about the car I was interested in (2011 Corolla) and let me test drive two different cars. The negotiating side of it was easy and Freddie was very accommodating; I was not in the dark about anything regarding the price, the warranties, or any extra options/coverage I could purchase. I made a quote online. Checked flag is one of the 2 that provided me the acceptable price. Then Robert negotiated the OTD price with me and finally promise to provide me a vehicle with a tag number. Nick was the one who actually met me and tested the vehicle. Nick is very honest, humor and easy going. He showed me all available vehicles that I was interested. After quickly looked around I told him that I like the one that had the feature I like, not the one Robert told me to pick. Nick was very nice and professional and did not give me a hard time at all. Then I finalized the OTD price with the manager, Josh. Josh is very tough. He might be able to read your mind and judge the situation about right. There is not much room you can argue with him. He even rejected to offer me a $30 discount in order to make the price a whole number. More

After looking at the Blue Book value of this car, We felt the price could have been lowered; however, the dealer only discounted another $200.
