This is my second Camry purchased from Ray Aiden. The service was fast, professional and accurate. I spoke to Ray on Tuseday morning and told him what I wanted. Wednesday I was in the dealership for about 1hour and 1/2 completing paperwork. Car was being delivered on Friday. Did not have the 2012 I wanted on the lot. I picked it up Saturday morning. Here are my thoughts on my new 2012 SCION xB in no particular order. I am 6'6", 230lbs. My previous vehicle was a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I love the dashboard. Everything is so easy to particular order. I am 6'6", 230lbs. My previous vehicle was a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I love the dashboard. Everything is so easy to see. I love the numeric speedometer. I love the feel of the steering wheel. I can only hope the material on the dash will last over time. I will get a windshield reflector. I love the cruise control and I can see the left and right control arms so I can see the icons for wipers and lights. I am NOT in love with the speakers. I do like the stereo although some of the controls could be more simplified especially make phone calls. There has to be a way to just push a button to dial without having to scroll the selector dial. Think......what would APPLE do. The rear speakers are really subwoofers and they stink. The salesman who I did enjoy working with did not really explain how the stereo was setup. The stereo has 3 settings FLAT, HEARING(TREBLE), and FEEL(BASS). If you choose Feel, it uses the rear speakers to pump out more bass. Its lame. You should put better speakers all around in the vehicle or, take out the rear ones and give me back $200. The doors all sound like tin when you close them. You need to put some thick padding to help give the door a solid feel when you close it, it would also cut down on noise. Can you make it so the car does NOT beep when you lock/unlock it. I absolutely DID NOT like the ad-on sales girl. Pressure Pressure Pressure. She made me lose all faith in SCION. SCION needs to take a play from the Apple playbook. Give the customer everything they need in the device they are buying without having to buy anything after the sale. Why do I need paint protection, undercoating or LOJACK........can you say scam. A simple internet search confirmed my suspicions, you do not need any of them. You need to take that person out of the buying experience. I am 6'6" and it would be nice if the driver seat was a little more suited to someone my height. The head rest does allow me to put my head back but I do need more leg room. Only the cruise control saves me. The driver should have a place to put his left arm. My right arm rests on the center console but there is NO place for my left arm. This is my 1st SCION so only time will tell if this vehicle will be a workhorse or plagued with problems and recalls. I love how easy the rear seats fold down. I love the air vents on the dashboard. I am hoping my iPhone holder works with these type of air vents. They are NOT like most other vents. They are very functional. This one may seem weird but I actually think you need to switch the lock and unlock buttons on the key. I hear a chirping sound from inside. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Bill Mulligan and the whole Checkered Flag team were fantastic and made this car buying experience truly enjoyable. I was a tough customer and Bill stayed patience and continued to show me every option in truck that I wanted. This is more than I can say about some other local dealerships that seemed annoyed that I wanted to test drive more than one truck and not just buy the first one. Everything was great from the initial handshake to the final signature. The price was fantastic, much better than I found anywhere else, and they never tried to up-sale me on stuff I didn't need. The finance department even managed to beat my banks APR by a whole percentage point. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would look no further than this dealership! I hate to spend money, esp these days. I need to see numbers, seeing the very least, base price for my new car is important to me; then decide on the value of the extra creature features.
