My husband and I were totally pleased with Terence Blake. When we went into the dealership for the second time, we stated we wanted a 2012 Prius 2. Then because there were no 2012 Priuses available, he found one, got it there to the dealership, and made us very happy. One thing I appreciated is that when I asked him to head off at the pass, the very long (in our experience) talk re warranties, he agreed to try. Now, of course, a new buyer must have THE talk, and we did, but it was short, and not too annoying. In a word, Mr. Blake was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. I was initially taken with Mr. House because of his friendliness. He took the time to open a car for me and let me sit in it even though he was with another customer at the time. There were two other sales people that were also extra friendly and helpful, but I did not get their names. I would have preferred the buying experience to be a bit better, both with more money coming off the price of the car or having a better interest rate offered [it was 0% for 60 months in North Carolina]. But once I got used to the "take it or leave it" way of selling Toyotas, I guess the experience was OK. My trade-in was also undervalued. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase. More

Jun was very helpful in several ways. I had no way to get to the dealership (the whole reason for buying a car was I didn't have one) and they sent Jun to pick me up and take me there personally (without hav to the dealership (the whole reason for buying a car was I didn't have one) and they sent Jun to pick me up and take me there personally (without having to pay or anything). I was accidentally quoted on a car that was manual transmission (something the first dealer I talked with accidentally left out) and Jun managed to get me an automatic for a year newer at the same price because of the inconvenience (I was set on buying the other car til I found out it was manual and that was going to be my ride home). He made us feel comfortable, he was professional, and he wanted the best for us. Even though we didn't trade in our van then, we took notice of Bill. In February 2012, we were ready to trade in our van. We looked for Bill. He was good! That is basically his nature.
