Alex Suarez was great to deal with -- nothing like the oily/pushy car salesman you hear about. As a woman shopper, I especially appreciated how low-key he was, & I never felt pressured by him. I want to mention that Alex was also very helpful AFTER the deal: He followed up with me, & went out of his way to straighten out a couple of small things, including a slight snag in the paperwork (not even his fault). Although buying any car is an exhausting, all-day process anywhere, I didn't encounter a pushy person at the dealership. When I purchased my first car from Lawrence in September 07, a Rav4, Lawrence was very attentive and spent a lot of time with me, so that he knew pretty much what I was looking for. I have always serviced my Rav4 at Checkered Flag trusting their workmanship. Now, when I no longer needed the extra space of my Rav4 and looking for something more economical, Lawrence suggested the new Prius C. It pretty much "fit" me and my needs and as I drive it every day, I am having fun! Fun to know that the first week I drove it, I drove 10 days on 1 tank of gas, filling it up at 8.99 gallons! I am so happy! That is awesome! More
