Since no repairs or service were involved, the workmanship involved had to do with processing the documents and preparing the new car, both of which were done completely with no errors or omissions. 3. Karen was very friendly and attentive to what we were looking for. On visits back to the dealership after the sale, she sought us out immediately to make sure we were getting what we needed and to assist us as necessary. The other staff people we dealt with were also very friendly and helpful. 4. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.
