My salesman Michael Morales was great and the price was right! This is the second time purchasing with Checkered Flag. The first time was in 2006 with Checkered Flag VW. Did all the paperwork and a few right! This is the second time purchasing with Checkered Flag. The first time was in 2006 with Checkered Flag VW. Did all the paperwork and a few days later I was called and asked to come back in because the paperwork was not right. Now in 2012 I go to Checkered Flag Toyota find a car I like and trade in my old car. A few days later I get an e-mail asking me to come back in and resign paperwork because it is not right. Sound familiar? It has been a month now and my trade-in has not been paid off as per the contract I signed. Now my old car payment is 20 days late and will affect my credit. I will never deal with another Checkered Flag Dealership again! More

Russ was really nice to work with. He made sure that the cars I wanted to test drive were available. He answered my questions. He was friendly and polite. He found the vehicle that I wanted in the color tha cars I wanted to test drive were available. He answered my questions. He was friendly and polite. He found the vehicle that I wanted in the color that I desired. The car was sparkling when I arrived to pick it up. I would reoommend him to friends. The only negative part of the experience ( and the folks doing it were very nice and friendly, they were just doing their job!) was sitting through the warranty extras. I would have preferred to have been asked if I was interested and when I would have said no, that would have been the end of it. I am sure this happens at all dealerships. More
