I went to the dealership looking for a new camry with a trade in of a 2011 Tacoma. I was approached by Karen Cochenour and she was the very professional and friendly. I was optimistic that she could make this happen but much to my suprise she did.... and she exceeded my expectations. Jason was very good at finding the exact model that I wanted. Also it was nice that he got me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. My experience with him during the sale was quick and painless. The only complaints I have are not associated with Jason at all. The finance gentleman failed to tell me why my bed extender was cost $395 instead of $300 as advertised on Toyota's website. My only other complaint I have is that the $500 military discount was taken away from because I didn't finance with Toyota. In my opinion the military discount shouldn't have anything to do with who finance with. Again none of my complaints above reflect on anything Jason did. Jason did a superb job and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks More
