We drove 1.5 hours from home to this dealership as it was recommended by USAA. We had a price in mind, and Robert and his sales manager met our expectations. The process could always be "quicker". When you walk in the door with a preapproval, and know what you want... it still takes 3 hours, but they were very attentive. Robert was a very nice man, he even bought me a bottle of water. We went to this dealership last Saturday 7/7/12 in the early afternoon to just "test drive" a 4Runner. It had to be at least 100 degrees outside! We could not have asked for a better salesman. Because of the incredible customer service we were receiving and not being "pushed" into purchasing a car, we asked Terrence to appraise our current vehicle for trade-in value. In the end, Terrence was able to get us the best possible value for our current car as well as our new car! Then almost 5 hrs later, we left with a brand new 4Runner!
