I’ve had a few services with Dallas recently that’s been outstanding and worth my effort to spotlight. In the past I’m with Terry who has been phenomenal! I’ve never had a service on a Saturday due to lower staffing. However, to my surprise they were staffed well and I was able to get my routine maintenance completed plus a few additional items recommended. The time table was communicated on my initial appointment and the approximate time with additional items. They even washed my car all in under two hours. I did not mind the wait and got exercise outside their nice neighborhood with walks. I have also had great communication with service management and Scottie. He always remembers my name which blows me away. I’ve also purchased two cars and have enjoyed their sales department. I typically will browse the new cars on the showroom while waiting. The staff are always willing to answer my questions on upgrading. Finally I have also had full details completed through Columbus. His area keeps very busy and does an incredible job. Cannot say enough good things about Checkerd Flag Toyota and recommend them for both sales and service. More
I asked if there was a specific vehicle in stock. I received multiple email responses with multiple contradictions. One email would tell me that there were three in stock. Vehicle in for first 5K service, basically a tire rotation. Also wanted to get trunk kick release working. Initially told I would have to pay a $179 diagnostic fee. Also mentioned that the remote start function rarely works. Told it might be a subscription service that had expired. Please get service writers who know what they are doing instead of irritating the customer. After answering survey about service, received a message thanking me for feedback. "... would like a chance to correct any issues. Please contact us at your earliest convenience." How about a name and phone number of who to contact?! More
I have called my service advisor multiple times and asked for a call back. No response. This has happened several times. What prevents the courtesy of a return call? I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan. More

I purchased the new 2023 TOYOTA CROWN PLATINUM HYBRID/MAX, This vehicle is a BEAST!!!!! It has the power that will put you out front every time you so desire, 340 horse power along with the 400 lbs of torque, you can run like lightning down the interstate or the back country roads. This vehicle has everything that you want in a sedan. The 21 inch wheels provides you with height like an SUV, but, you still feel as though you are in a large luxury sedan. The leather interior, the panoramic view, the computerized dash board with the huge computer screen, the all wheel drive and the extensive power within this vehicle makes for an extraordinary ride. My actual description that I like to use is this: It's like riding in a cloud with atomic energy strapped to it.....THIS VEHICLE MEETS AND SURPASSES ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS AND THE CARE GIVEN TO ME BY MY SALES ASSOCIATE PETER LEVITT WAS OVER THE TOP!!!!!!!!!!! It is very sad when you have been a customer for 22 years and the dealership does you wrong. I needed a small thing done to my car as the TECH did not do it. I called the service ADVISOR, Erin Palmer 2x on M and the dealership does you wrong. I needed a small thing done to my car as the TECH did not do it. I called the service ADVISOR, Erin Palmer 2x on March 16th and never returned my call. Then on Tuesday, I called one of her bosses, Paul Williams and he can not return my call. Now I see why she is unable and where learned that from. I went to another dealership and it took the Tech 30 seconds. He would not charge, so I gave him $20. Maybe it is time to look elsewher. So very disappointing with Checkered Flag Toyota. More
Sales person within 5 minutes of sitting in his office asked for dealerships markup. I am in market for 2023 Tundra. Very deceptive business practice. Their "fixed/no haggle" price is designed to cheat the customer. In my situation I was forced to pay $5000 over msrp which I agreed to. Then when the Their "fixed/no haggle" price is designed to cheat the customer. In my situation I was forced to pay $5000 over msrp which I agreed to. Then when they "valued" my trade they didn't even enter the correct options and offered me $2000 less than market value. I countered the trade value then the manager came back even lower on the trade. Dealt with Celia M. and a mystery manager who were rude and dismissive. Even today its pretty bold to lower a trade value because the customer countered. I asked for clarification on the offer and I was told the KBB value was 6K below what I had. I even proved that they did not enter the correct options in the valuation and Celia responded "I understand". It's amazing to me that they will pass up on a $83K truck sale over $1500 lowball trade offer. Avoid this place and don't fall for the "No Haggle" pricing. More
