The sales person was not the issue. I came on a Thursday and got the bottom line price on the car. The dealership was supposed to see if they could pay for a rear glass rubber trim replacement in the price and got the bottom line price on the car. The dealership was supposed to see if they could pay for a rear glass rubber trim replacement in the price we negotaited. They were to get an estimate on Friday morning and call me. Around noon I sensed an issue since I had not been called and upon talking with my salesman he said they had not gotten to it yet. I was the told "by the way" there are other people interested in the car. I asked to put a deposit on it over the phone to secure the car and was told I could not do that. I spoke with a GM and was told for that price I know we cannot fix the rear glass trim. I immediately got a ride to the dealership and the car was still there. It makes me wonder about the dealerships trustworthiness because I was told other people were interested. After giving in and paying what they wanted for the car I bought the rear glass trim MYSELF for a measly 65.00. They should have replaced this for what they sold the car for. Another issue was I was to have s service person ride with me to identify a noise I heard when the engine revved, sounding like an AC compressor possibly. This NEVER ocurred. So I guess if my AC breaks I will have to pay for THAT on my own. Overall I got a decent car for a fair price but they should have fixed the trim and checked out the noise. I have spent 50,000 at the dealership in 5 months but I am not sure if I will go there again and if any friends ask about the dealership I will not hesitate to describe my experience. More
I purchased a new Mini for my wife and I must say it was the best vehicle purchase I have been involved in. Your staff was above reproach. They were very friendly, knowledgable and really took the time to make our expirence like no other. I have and will continue let all my family and friends know how wonderful your dealership is. I plan on purchasing a second Mini in the next couple of years and will buy it at no other dealership. They were top notch and my wife loves her new Mini. More

My wife and I saw the MINI during the VA Beach car show and decided take a closer look at the dealer. I called for and appointment and got one the next afternoon.Upon arrival at the dealership we were at t and decided take a closer look at the dealer. I called for and appointment and got one the next afternoon.Upon arrival at the dealership we were at the door by David who described the MINI and all of it's features, answered all of our questions and then put us in a MINI for a test ride. we ordered a car that afternoon. I was impressed by several things,the enthusiasm, product knowledge and friendless of every one we met at the dealership.When we picked the car up David went over all the car's features explaining how every thing worked and stressed that if we had any questions all we had to do was call. Car bying is not always a pleasant experience but David, and his sales manager Jimmy, made this a "piece of cake" More

The Financial Services were outstanding, he was very through with all the paperwork and explained all the services and answer all my questions. The Manager was very friendly and ensured that I wad taken care of. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definately recommend Checker Flag Mini to anyone shopping for a vehicle. My whole family loves the Mini-Cooper!!! It was one of the best additions to our family! Thank you for making our experience and unforgetable one! More
