Every step of the process of buying our new Mini was a pleasure! Brian worked his magic with my husband to be able to surprise me for Mother's Day! I've purchased a lot of new and used cars, trucks and motorcycles over the years. Each dealership has a "personality" about it. Some are high pressure, I know it within a few moments and won't do busin motorcycles over the years. Each dealership has a "personality" about it. Some are high pressure, I know it within a few moments and won't do business with them. Others are low pressure - and those have a shot. Frank Jacobs was low pressure and did things right. No salesman will ever "sell" me a car. I usually sell myself if it's the right vehicle or not. He answered my questions very well, we had a good test drive and the paperwork went relatively smoothly although the wait to get in the Finance/Insurance office was a bit longer than it should have been. Overall, well done though. More

Our only problem was how long it took. I selected the car I wanted within 15 minutes, got a price for my car as a trade-in pretty quickly and then we waited and waited and waited.
