I have been looking to buy a new BMW for several months. Everyone I worked with at Checkered Flag BMW was great; however in my opinion, Fran Jacobs by far was a superior salesman. Once I was ready, Frank did all that he could to locate the exact care I wanted. The Sales Managers were great as well. They gave me a fare trade appraisal and discount on the car I was buying, even though they had to go to a dealer outside our state to get the car. The thing that surprised me the most about Frank was his knowledge of the car, he knew the iDrive system inside and out, plus all the specs of the car as well. I did not have one question he could not answer about the car (correctly). More
