I had an excellent experience, per usual. Jesse was expecting me and took my Denali in for service right away, no waiting. Horrible service! Dropped my car off and I had to call after almost a week to get an update. After I got my car back, I had a pair of sunglasses missing. A service manager finally called me and basically told me nobody seen anything and too bad, there is nothing he can do. This service department is a joke. This will be my last GMC vehicle I buy.
