It's a gorgeous SUV that I saw on the show room floor as I wandered around waiting for my key. The sales person, Jason, asked me if I had any questions and I had lots...he answered every one - there are lots and lots of features on this model and he was extremely knowledgeable. I took a test drive and fell in love with the car. Jason worked closely with me and the manager and together they found multiple discounts including Loyalty, my credit union, Costco and others getting me a very nice discount off the sales price of this brand new model. Everyone at Long, from sales associate, manager, finance, etc. was awesome, but the most kudos go to Jason who not only was the most knowledgeable sales person I have met in my many long years of buying cars, SUVs, and truck, but walked me through all the features multiple times and ensured the vehicle as carefully washed, clean, and gassed up for me to take home the same day. Best car buying experience ever! More
