They hide behind their "as is" sticker and try to make you sign a non arbitration form ( Don't sign!!). They are the reason used car dealers have bad reputations. Walk away from this dealership. They tell me I was 10 days late, told them I need my car and they told me I can get it but I have to pay $3,000 to get it back. When my payment is 350.00 and I split it paying 175.00, but that's was questionable too. I go to have chemotherapy and my car was the only transportation plus all the repairs including electrical with a.c. I have recently ended up in the hospital, 2 code blue, 1 first responders, 8 hours surgery, feeding tube, and still don't know how this is going to turn out, but the good Lord knows. I conveyed this to them and they were aware I was sick and my continuous fight. I have notified other parties. They can't come back and get cars that are getting ready to be paid off so they can resale it and get triple the cost. More

I test drove a pt cruiser that smelled like cat pee blowing out of the vents.So I didn't want it.The salesman said they would fix the problem with the smell.The financial advisor offered me a 2010 Nissan for $2,500.00 down.I told him I could get a brand new one for 1500.00 down because I've been checking around.He said if I gave them back my Ford Explorer and went somewhere else his lawyers would sue me.When I traded my car for the Ford explorer last year I told the salesman that it needed plugs because it was not running right.He said they would fix the problem and make it right.They sent me to ringold rd.where they said it had a busted plug and replaced a plugwire.The next payment that I made they said I need to make payments on the repair bill.I told the girl they said they would take care of the problem.She said you can make an appointment to talk to the financial manager about it.So instead I paid it because all he will do is patronize me.I see over 100 people a day on my job and if they ask me about a car place I tell them the truth about how Chattanooga Motors Conduct's business.
