Upon informing the rude salesman, Chris Penley, and refusing to accept terms,we were then given a decent deal. Then insult to injury we went next door to have it detailed and met an even ruder lady manager there. Was an awful cleanup,streaked ,soap clinging to the car.. My wife complained and was brushed off. I did and was told to leave the property and not come back. I informed her I would go next door to the dealership,that she was rude,offensive,and just awful for no reason.. She then laughed and stated that her husband owned the ford place and the carwash. She was the manager and would run it as she saw fit.so I left,never been back. Posted on car dealer complaints site,was approved then posted. 2 days later my posting was removed lol. They can have chatsworth ford,the wash too. Dalton's not that far. More
On 3/5/14 I went to Chatsworth Ford for oil change which I've done for several years, had discount oil change coupon 25.99 and had air filter added for $20.00 and was charged to much total was $60 and chang I've done for several years, had discount oil change coupon 25.99 and had air filter added for $20.00 and was charged to much total was $60 and change. Since management change the service isn't good. I talked with Jon Kidd about the poor service and he promised to do better. I'm sure techs are good but service was terrible. I have 2006 Ford Explorer after oil change computer wasn't reset and oil leaking down oil filter. After telling Jon Kidd all the problems his solution was that my business was no longer need and not to come back there. I felt discriminated against after being loyal costumer with them. Mr. Kidd has made no attempt to contact me, apologize or to refund me for the over charge. I thought you valued your customers. I travel to Chatsworth from Dalton because I did value the service. Now I feel like I spent our hard earn money with a company that doesn't value Ford owners and want to rip them off. thanks for your help with this matter. Mr. Tim Ward More
