Excellent Customer Service I would like to express my gratitude to Dan Clements for outstanding customer service. My 4runner was due for an oil change and he was so very helpfu I would like to express my gratitude to Dan Clements for outstanding customer service. My 4runner was due for an oil change and he was so very helpful. He was courteous and efficient while checking in the vehicle. Upon completion of the oil change/service, I paid and left but after driving about a block, the tire pressure light began to blink. I turned around and returned and Dan was right there ready to help. He took the car back again without having me wait and determined that it needed a new sensor. I appreciate his sincere professionalism and caring attitude. So very hard to find these days!! This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 32 years of being in customer service! Had my truck towed there and was told they would take a look at it that afternoon. When we walked in no one spoke or acknowledged us. We waited 5-10 m8nutes before anyone said anything. Then the service rep was talking so much until she didn5 hear a word I said. Told her the same thing and she kept telling me what she thought. My instructions were to troubleshoot and call me as soon as I walked out the door she called and wanted to change a part. Wow really and it wasnt to correct the issue. At qny rate I towed the vehicle to another dealer. This Service Department is terrible. More
