both times I have been at Chattam Toyota, the agents don't tell me when my car has been done. I don’t think that my concerns were addressed appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. I called the customer service and they said there was in fact something wrong which was the same thing I told them was wrong. Now I must make a second trip to resolve this issue More

I do not recommend Chatham Parkway Toyota. In my experience over two separate visits, I found the service staff to be generally rude, and in no hurry to greet or help you upon arrival. During my se experience over two separate visits, I found the service staff to be generally rude, and in no hurry to greet or help you upon arrival. During my service visit today, I was shocked to see that almost no one in the dealership was wearing a mask. I intended to wait in the guest waiting room while my car was being serviced, and all guests in the waiting room were maskless. As I walked around looking for somewhere else to sit, I observed that almost no one in the entire building, including both guests and staff, were wearing masks. This is unbelievably irresponsible and I will never visit this dealership again. More
