Hopefully as I type this review my car is being delivered to my house. All I need is window tinting. This should have been done before I took ownership of the car. Apparently the detailer that was assigned t to my house. All I need is window tinting. This should have been done before I took ownership of the car. Apparently the detailer that was assigned to tint my windows walked out with the keys to my car in his pocket so I was able to take delivery without window tint. I scheduled for the next saturday to have my windows tinted. I drove from Effingham county to the store. Checked my car in and left with someone. 5 HOURS later I called to check on my car, WHICH had an appointment, they told me then that they did not have anyone that could tint windows that day. So I had an appointment to get window tint and the shop did not have anyone that could tint. Then I had to wait 5 hours and call myself to find out that my car was there for no reason. Thadeus managed to work out for me that car would be picked up from my house for this latest appointment. I heard Thadeus on the phone confirm my cars appointment for 9 AM on Thursday Morning. My car was not picked up from my house until 11:30 am. My car spent the day at the shop and at 5:45 pm Thadeus called to tell me that even though the GM told the tint guy to tint my windows that for some reason lost in communication he did not tint them. Today is Friday at 2 pm this is the THIRD attempt with this dealership to have my windows tinted. I'm glad I have a work vehicle to drive home or This would have been a VERY large problem. More
