The wait is simply too long. The wait is not pleasant—the waiting area is far far too noisy. Workers are kind, but wish there was more respect for MY time. Suggestion: provide a quiet place to wait/work waiting area is far far too noisy. Workers are kind, but wish there was more respect for MY time. The service, oil change and tire rotation, were very q uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a wash and vacuum, Upon the arrival, I asked for the service and the attendant responded that I would receive the VIP treatment. When I received my vehicle, it was half washed and not vacuumed. I asked was it cleaned and was told yes. I was very disappointed! If that was the VIP treatment, from now on, I will refuse the courtesy wash because I have to get it redone by someone else. Just sadddd!!! More
