Had my Toyota serviced.Quinn was very friendly and professional.. He went over the invoice explaining what all was done . He explained to me what a cabin filter was without my having to ask.. The wait is simply too long. The wait is not pleasant—the waiting area is far far too noisy. Workers are kind, but wish there was more respect for MY time. Suggestion: provide a quiet place to wait/work waiting area is far far too noisy. Workers are kind, but wish there was more respect for MY time. Suggestion: provide a quiet place to wait/work. 90% of the noise comes from the Sales area. Perhaps, build a glass wall to separate that area from the maintx waiting area. It would GREATLY improve the experience, and make the environment feel more professional. (My honest opinion). More

The service, oil change and tire rotation, were very q uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a wash and vacuum, Upon the arrival, I asked for the service and the attendant responded that I would receive the VIP treatment. When I received my vehicle, it was half washed and not vacuumed. I asked was it cleaned and was told yes. I was very disappointed! If that was the VIP treatment, from now on, I will refuse the courtesy wash because I have to get it redone by someone else. Just sadddd!!! More
