It took two hours for tire rotation and wheel alignment and now the steering wheel is crooked … when car goes straight, steering wheel is turned to the left. Very much a hit or miss dealership especially in the service department. I took my car to be serviced in June and mentioned that I had issues with my right back tire sensor light coming on. Two months later they’re telling me the same tire has a nail embedded in the walls and it’s $250 to replace. More

The car had been detailed cleaned and waxed like I always do and have been doing over 10 years only with Chatham Parkway Toyota. My service advisor was Quinn Jones and the service tech was Aaron Derouen. R/O# Number: 1756221/1. Mileage in was 72655. I got my car back I was shocked to see black oil boot prints on the driver side mat and rubber pieces on the floor on the the passenger side. No covering on the seat or paper mat placed on the floor. My house one way from you is 14 miles one-way. Tire pressure light is still on. I did bring all of this to the attention of Mr. Jones by showing him that this was unacceptable and he agreed. I just left and decided I would clean the interior myself. This lack of consideration has never happen before! Any change in staffing should not affect 5-Star customer service!!! More
