I was happy with the service I received but even more so with the service another customer received. Apparently they were in need of a tire and one could not be located that particular Saturday. I overhea with the service another customer received. Apparently they were in need of a tire and one could not be located that particular Saturday. I overheard the customer say that she needed to take her son to college the next day. The service representative came out to consult with the customer quite a few times and was obviously working with her manager to try and resolve the situation. The son was distraught. Ultimately a loaner was provided to assist the customer. I was extremely impressed with the empathy the service representative displayed and am happy to share this experience with people I know. I have always been very happy with the service I receive. It took over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told the engine filter needed to be replace only to have her come back and tell me - It took over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told the engine filter needed to be replace only to have her come back and tell me - they don't have one in stock. I was told that there was something leaking but he couldn't give me an estimate until his manager came in. I didn't feel like waiting any longer. It did sound like something major but in order for me to leave my vehicle I must have a loaner. I will be calling to schedule the service and pray it goes better than this Saturday, March 5th. More
