Service reps were friendly and job was completed in a timely fashion. However, tires were over inflated and clock, tire pressure units, & passenger window program had to be reset. I was pleased with the time required to service my 2016 Forrester, however when my vehicle was returned to me, I found the technician had removed items from the glove box to check the cabin air filter but Forrester, however when my vehicle was returned to me, I found the technician had removed items from the glove box to check the cabin air filter but dropped my insurance and registration folio on the passenger side floor and did not replace it in the glove box. I found it the next morning. I was also less than pleased to see a red box checked on the inspection checklist the customer service rep failed to address. He presented the document to me as we were concluding my service call, however I do not recall him specifically addressing the fluids red box check or explaining which fluid the tech found low and if the tech added fluid to bring the fluid level back to norm. The Customer Svc. Rep. did recommend I return for the 60K service where additional items would be checked and serviced IAW Subaru specifications. I don't expect hand-holding, but if there's a red indicator on a checklist, I expect more information. Once I discovered the red box, I checked all fluid levels and found only the wiper fluid to be low, so I will give the Customer Svc. Rep. the benefit of the doubt - this time. More
