If I could I would leave 0 stars. This dealer wastes your time and your money. I dealt with the service branch and it took them a full week to replace a battery. It came to the point where I just took the truck back myself because they left it there a full week and didn’t touch it. No communication and all around service was lackadaisical. More
Dealing with Carlton in the service department is great. He gets our trucks in and out as fast as possible and communicates very well with us. I had a horrible experience in the service department with Carlton Cooper. Customer service skills and communication was the worse. I drove my 2011 Ford F-250 in on Monday to have my transmission checked with Carlton Cooper. Customer service skills and communication was the worse. I drove my 2011 Ford F-250 in on Monday to have my transmission checked out. Mr Carlton Cooper quoted me $175 to give me a diagnostic and let me know what was wrong with the truck. I never received a call back after 2 days I called to check on my truck. I was told that they were very busy and they had not checked it out yet. Mr Cooper promised me that he would call me back tomorrow before 12 pm.The next day I never received a call. I called Mr Cooper and checked on the truck and he informed me that he still had no information on the diagnostic of the vehicle yet and he would call me back later today. After 4 days I finally heard back from Mr Cooper informing me that the price to fix my vehicle would be $1550.00 to fix my truck. I approved the work to be done. Then Mr Cooper informed me it would take two weeks for the work to be completed. That was a problem for me but Mr Cooper said it will not take two weeks that’s just what the say so the customer won’t be disappointed if it does. Four days later I received a call from Mr Cooper informing me that the new price to fix my truck would be $8000.00 to fix my truck. They just checked it out and I needed a new transmission. I informed Mr Cooper that after two weeks of having my vehicle finally calls me a that the news he gives me. He apologized and said he could give me a discount on he diagnostic price of my vehicle. I go in the next day to pay for my truck and my bill is $450 dollars for shop time. Customer service and communication from Mr Cooper was the worse. Their shop had always been slow even for a regular oil or filter change. Never again will I go to this dealer ship. More

Each day, I had to call to get an update and was told they were waiting on some other department and ended the conversation with maybe tomorrow. I actually got more information from a different service technician "Chad" on Saturday 2/8/20 with a quick summary of the diagnosis, but no estimate. Explained my concern about the lack of communication from Jarod and received an estimate late Monday morning. Yesterday, my call ended with I'll find out if it will be ready today, or tomorrow and let you know. Of course, no call came! My most recent call today ended finally with "this afternoon". The only consistent communications I received from Jarod were "I'm so busy", "maybe tomorrow" and "I'll let you know." I would have rented a vehicle if I had known it would take 6 days and counting to get my repairs started and hopefully completed. Chastang may be a great dealership to buy a new vehicle or if you are a fleet customer. For the everyday person that uses their vehicle daily for transportation, don't bother unless you have a rental planned. More
