Understanding that a used vehicle will have repairs needed and that it is an as-is situation is something I was fully aware of. I did, however, ask what was "wrong" with the vehicle or what needed work on it. I knew something had to be up with extensive repairs when I saw how long this vehicle had been sitting on their lot. I specifically pointed the length of time out to Ixel during our conversations initially because it worried me. I was told that nothing was wrong and nothing needed done. When the vehicle arrived, the first drive off the truck and into town the check engine light came on. I immediately took it in to find out that this car had a bad heating element (literally making it unable to be driven without risk of overheating). This alone should have been told to me- not to mention that it could not have been driven in this state-it was completely faulty- meaning a light was reset on this vehicle before being shipped to me. I was not told about the brakes being at only 20% (nothing that would have deterred me from buying a 50K mileage vehicle but should have been told to me). I was not told about the bad Nitrogen Oxide Sensor, which again would have been setting off the check engine light. And, I was not told about a leak in the oil cooler seal-which should have been seen easily in their inspection on the lot. When I reached back out with the initial findings and quote I was told by Ixel that, "we won't leave you hanging like that" ...since I am well over $5000 now to fix all of these items I should have been told about up front. Once my situation was taken to the manager I was told to get a second quote they thought the one I had gotten was high, so I did, and submitted that quote to them as well. No response. So, apparently, they are leaving me hanging like that. I know I took a risk buying sight unseen, and I did expect some repairs on a used vehicle. In fact, I told Ixel that I would be happy with the costs of the faulty heating element reimbursed and nothing else, since I know they had to of known about this issue, and that the rest is reasonable for me to cover. I also told her even though the rest are reasonable-they should have been upfront about the issues when I asked. Again, no response from Ixel or her manager. Terrible ethics-they lied to me, no doubt about it, to unload a vehicle out of state. They told me when I first called that they would make it right- and now since sending in all my quotes they won't respond. I would not recommend buying from them without an extensive test drive and detailed inspection from a third party. They can't be trusted and they won't make it right. More

Ms. ixel was more concerned about making us happy, than trying to sale us a car. When we return to pick up the ml350 mercedes the car was very clean and ms. ixel put a giant ribbon bow on the hood,and took photos of me and my wife,we were so so impressed. I recommend paying for a prepurchase inspection End of March I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from this dealership. I live in PA and the dealership is in TX. The car looked fine in the pictures and the write up was reasonable enough for me to complete the transaction. The owner wanted to send me the car without ANY warranty from the dealership. The dealership did offer me a warranty that I could purchase, however. My experience with warranty companies hasn't been very good, so I declined. I negotiated a 30 day warranty on the motor and powertrain with the dealer because I certainly didn't want anything DOA. When car arrived, it didn't have new tires as ad had indicated and it had 3 small chips on the windshield in places that didn't allow it to pass inspection without a replacement. On the 31st day, the engine broke down on me that required an engine replacement. Cost me $5,200. Of course, very frustrated, I contacted owner and we negotiated a $1,000 courtesy refund since it was outside of the 30-day dealer warranty. He did apologize for all of the trouble this Navigator had caused for me. I am appreciative for the refund. Thanks, Ed Felty More
