I was told my vehicle would be completed within two days, but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not but it's was there nearly a week. I called multiple times and just kept getting voicemail. I had to call the office to have him paged on one occasion. Just seemed to take long. I know they were busy but 3 hours was long. also when I bought my truck. Due to chip shortage, i was told just need to add chip when available. I was not given a reason why my vehicle had leaked over 2 qts of my engine oil. I have gotten all my services at Chase dealership and was just told I would have to pay for an oil change regardless without gi qts of my engine oil.
