If you want an oil change, get in line In February 2014, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from Charlie's Dodge in Maumee, Ohio. In early May, I started receiving numerous notices via mail and email that the car was due for service. Since this isn't my first new car, I was well aware that it was due for service. On 5-23-14, I attempted to make the 45 minute drive drive to Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get my oil changed. When I pulled in, I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait to get the oil change performed. Not having the 2 extra hours to sit and wait, I left. The following Tuesday, I attempted to call Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get an appointment to get my oil changed. I was advised that they would not give me an appointment for an oil change, and that I would have to sit and wait for the service to be done, regardless of how long it would take. I also contacted the Dodge Customer Service Line. They called Charlie's Dodge in Maumee, and was told that the slow time would be about 2:30 in the afternoon. So I guess my grand daughters can just stand at the door of their school, and wait for me to pick them up, since Charlie's Dodge in Maumee does not accept appointments for a simple oil change. This has to be the most UNFRIENDLY, USELESS customer service I have ever seen !!! More
