Good but not perfect! All went well but when I picked up my car my tire low pressure light was on...yellow and message board showing low pressure 30psi in all tires. I would have hoped when they started and brought the car to me that all warning lights would have been taken care of...but they weren't. Went home and filled all the tires...other than that...all was good. More

BODY SHOP WAS AWESOME! CUSTOMER SERVICE #1 My 2017 Dodge Charger was damaged when another driver slammed into the back of the car. It was taken to Charlie's Dodge and repaired by Rich. I stopped several times to check on the progress and each time he took the time to talk to me and show me what he was doing. Kevin and Nick were the guys working in the office and they were very nice too. I chose a car dealer because I wanted it fixed right. I made the correct decision! Despite an overbearing insurance company, Charlie's body shop was working for ME-THE CUSTOMER! I am very pleased with Rich's work and highly recommend him for any body work needed. Because of him, I will be giving Charlie's all of my car business including oil changes, extended warranty, recalls and God forbid, any other body work due to an accident. More
