Very accomodating, knowledable, professional service. I had scheduled our Pacifica for a regular oil change and to address a recall notice we had received. We were processed into the service department by I had scheduled our Pacifica for a regular oil change and to address a recall notice we had received. We were processed into the service department by Nick Schuchman. With the oil change and recall Nick estimated our wait time to be an hour or better. Nick was very accommodating in arranging us a ride to and from a local restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast while waiting on our Pacifica. When we arrived back at the dealership our Pacifica was ready and waiting for us. Just another outstanding experience that we have come to expect over our many year relationship with the Charlie's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram sales and service team in Maumee!! More
