I had a very good experience at Charles Gabus Ford when I bought my 2012 Fusion. On my first visit, I was introduced to Steve Bunce. Steve let me take a test drive, and we had a very nice discussion about bought my 2012 Fusion. On my first visit, I was introduced to Steve Bunce. Steve let me take a test drive, and we had a very nice discussion about the the Taurus, the Focus, the Fusion, and the Fusion's competitors. Steve developed an understanding of the type of vehicle I was searching for and the price range I wanted. He provided some good insight and some advice on purchasing a new or used vehicle. Probably what I appreciated most was that Steve learned my name and called my by name, but he never requested any contact information. This s Steve had a lot of confidence in the Fusion over its competitors, but I felt that helping me make an informed decision was more important to him than selling me a car that would not make me happy. He invested an hour or so of his time with me with no guarantee that he would see me again. I appreciated the "soft sell" approach and Steve seemed really confident that the Fusion was the right car for me and that I would be back. He did supply me with his card so I could contact him if I wanted to. Interestingly enough, when I finally did sort out what I wanted to do, I was leaving town and was not able to visit the dealership to close the deal. I called Steve; he remembered the car I liked, and we discussed pricing, incentives, and financing over the phone. I was relieved that 'my" car was still there and that I was able to secure it without meeting face to face or providing a signature. I visited with the finance representative over the phone later that afternoon (it was a Saturday), and I picked up my new Fusion on Monday morning. I invested a lot of time researching the car I wanted. Gabus Ford made it really easy to get the car for me into my possession at a price I could afford. I especially appreciated the trust and respect the Charles Gabus representatives showed me throughout the inquiry and subsequent transaction. As long a Ford continues to rate among the leader in the class of car I am looking for, it will be my pleasure to deal with Charles Gabus Ford. More

we were very pleased with our sales consultant Marde. He wasn't pushy about selling us a vehicle and he answered all our questions. Syed helped us find the vehicle we wanted at a good price. He came in at 7 P.M. on a Monday(which I beleive was to be a day off for him) in order to deliver our vehicle as soom as it was ready. THIS DEALERSHIP ROCKS! I drove 800 miles from North Dakota to purchase a vehicle. The price was right and the customer service was fantastic.
