If you buy a vehicle anywhere else, you are robbing yourself of a "better than expected" experience! I planned on buying a Camry, Accord or Sonata only to find out that the Fusion was a much better ch yourself of a "better than expected" experience! My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Charles Gabus Ford. We did not feel pressured to buy in any way. He is a very enthusiastic ford lover, and a very proud, and dedicated employee for Charles Gabus. We were very fortunate that he was the salesman that came to us that day. He explained the vehicle we chose in such a way that we understood how the vehicle ran. We are new to the SYNC system, and Marde helped pair my phone, and set some country channels for us. He explained what he was doing,as he went through that process. We also made a call to my 90yr old parents to help me understand the process of calling out. I do like the SYNC system services, and will probably keep that feature going. Marde returned to us after each step in the process of finance and delivery of our fusion. He stayed with his customer, and that made us feel more comfortable. As we drove away, Marde was there congratulating us and wishing us well! Thank you for the dedication in how you choose your employees at Charles Gabus Ford! It takes a special person to sell me, and you have that in Marde. After moving to Iowa 6 years ago, we just purchased our third car here at Charles Gabus Ford. We have had Pat Crane all three times when dealing and he has been great to work with. I had been dealing with a dealership for three weeks when looking for a newer car to get into but after much waiting for a response a friend referred me to Charles Gabus Ford so I went online, found the vehi looking for a newer car to get into but after much waiting for a response a friend referred me to Charles Gabus Ford so I went online, found the vehicle I wanted and filled out the application. Much to my surprise and negotiating skills (on Noah's part) I got approved for the vehicle I wanted the next day and due to some conflicts at home was able to drive it home two days from when I first submitted the application. Noah was great in all aspects of my experience. We'll be back to get my husband into another vehicle, hopefully soon! More

He was prompt and friendly. He had the escape pulled out of your inventory and sitting out front. He told us about the car and its features. Offering us a test drive he took our car for a drive. When we got back, he told us additional information that we had questions about. We agreed on the option of 0% financing with additional discounts on the 2012 model. We traded in our car. We expected we would have to come back for it on Monday, but Kelly said it could be ready in a couple hours, which was helpful since we live 75 miles away. Car was ready as promised and the gentleman, I don't remember his name, as very helpful with explaining warranty, features including no gas cap, and especially the radio. A very good experience.
