We are extremely pleased with the service that we got from Charles Gabus Ford. They were very knowledgeable about the 2011 Mercury Mariner Premier that we purchased. Craig Sims was the salesman that we d from Charles Gabus Ford. They were very knowledgeable about the 2011 Mercury Mariner Premier that we purchased. Craig Sims was the salesman that we dealt with the most, however, Noah Wolter peeked in to see if everything was going OK. Something that we really appreciated was getting to meet Jim Bintner; we know that he is a busy man, but it meant alot to us that he would stop and chat with us for a few minutes! I was very happy with the knowledge Wade Fessler had on the Ford products. He made the deal go smooth and also gave me information on paint, upholstery, and rust protection that was very useful.
