I had recently been in an accident where my 2012 Ford Escape was totaled. Because of the great experience I had with Kelly Cornish I called him on a Friday. It was his day off but when I explained I would not be able to have the rental car much longer he came in. I had already done a lot of research on line and knew what I wanted. He went and got the 2014 Escape and we took off for a test drive. It was a done deal. Kelly again made the purchase very easy. The price of the Escape was actually much less than it showed on line so that was a wonderful surprise. We drove it off the lot that evening. I cannot thank him enough for coming in on his day off. So far all is great and I have and would recommend Charles Gabus Ford and Kelly to anyone. More

Came in for service for my car because I was having problems with my duel climate control. Kept saying it was fixed but it wasn't would pick up my car and something else would be wrong. On my final visit the service tech damaged trim parts inside of my car had grease all over the seats, doors and the touch screen, parts were not put back together correctly it was a mess. Raised a fit because I was tired of the way they were treating my car and they fixed the damaged part but also in the end banned me from the service department, it doesn't matter anyway because I do not plan on returning because lord only knows what other damage they would cause or forget to put a part back on. I posted a public youtube video of just how my car was returned to me because I feel people need to know how poor of service you get from this company. More

I appreciated that Jeff realized immediately that I had done my research and didn't insult me with low-ball quotes. I was looking for a straight-shooter and found it in Jeff. I would have walked out if I had experienced what many people think of as a "typical car buying" process. While my experiences with Jeff were very good, I do have to point out that Ford Motor Co. could do a much better job of keeping customers informed when ordering a new vehicle. My new F-150 took nine and a half weeks to arrive and Jeff had trouble getting me any firm updates on the progress of the process. In this day and age, I would think Ford would want to do it's best to keep a new buyer informed and excited as they go through the building and delivery of their ordered to spec vehicle. I would suggest sending out text messages at different stages of the cycle so the buyer feels informed and engaged during the long wait. While I love my new truck and it was worth the wait, I think Ford could certainly improve the overall expereince for someone ordering a new car or truck. More
I was more then happy with Steve. He showed me a lot of different cars and different Models. The one I chose had some issues with the hub caps. He had them replaced. Great. Our experience with Charles Gabus Ford started with a drive-by of their lot on my way to my military duty as I live 2 hours away. Once the wife and I were able to stop in and check out the car we were looking at (2013 Ford Focus ST), we talked with Josh Christensen as he went over the car after finding out more about us and what we were looking for in a car and why we wanted to look at the Focus ST. Josh went along with us as we test drove the car. We loved the car, so a long to making the deal we went. We traded in my wife's car and I feel like we received a great deal and I'm still not disappointed one bit. They went above and beyond making us feel welcome and taken care of. I was a firm GM buyer, but due to GM not being able to stack up on certain aspects, I will be gladly buying another vehicle from Charles Gabus Ford even though it is two hours away and I have multiple dealers with ten minutes. Jake Simmons walked me through a training session, which lasted long after the dealership had closed for the day!! WOW!! I was able to drive home that day in my new Ford Edge. My sales representative, Erika Hall, stayed throughout the training and left for day herself when I finally drove away. Excellent customer service!! I look forward to a new relationship with Gabus Ford. More
