Jason is the most terrible person in this world! Very cunning and deceitful…. Do go to chariot auto if you love yourself!!! He is very racist and rude. He sold me a very bad vehicle. The vehicle stopped cunning and deceitful…. Do go to chariot auto if you love yourself!!! He is very racist and rude. He sold me a very bad vehicle. The vehicle stopped on the free way 24 hrs after I bought it. I called him that I needed a to change the vehicle but he refused and redirected to an unknown mechanic. He insulted me with all manners of ill words and told me that I’m an immigrant and there’s nothing I can do About it. I have never been so insulted and cheated in my life. I will live everything for God judge! More

We were told they would get it taken care of and we came to an agreement on price. We were told that they would send it in to be looked at and give us a call the following day. We didn't here anything so we called and found out that the repair shop that they work with was not open and that they would call us back on Monday. Today being Monday we find out they sold the truck only because yet again they were suppose to call and didn't so we called and found out not only did they sell the truck we had made arrangements to purchase after repaired but also that they sold it knowing it had a issue. Very shady ..... More

This was al After identifying the truck I would like more information about on AutoTrader, I contacted Chariot Auto Sales and began asking questions. This was all via email and I have the email thread to show the questions and answers. In my email dated April 21st, 2015 I asked specifically if the truck had been crashed and if there were any electrical issues. The response from the owner of Chariot later that day was "Auto check shows no accidents and im not seeing any sign of one." He did disclose the passenger side running board was not working, but that was it. "All electrical works." I drove 500 miles and purchased the truck April 27th. On May 8th, after the driver side power running board stopped working correctly as well as the back-up camera (keep in mind he also said "All electrical works"), I went to the owners manual to see if I could do anything about the issues. I opened up the pouch in the glove-box and one of the first things I pulled out was an invoice from Cam Clark Collision Center for front end damage in the amount of $3,199.41. In addition, there was an insurance claim # on the invoice so I know that it was reported. At this point it was obvious he lied about the condition of this truck to sell it. In a matter of two weeks I've had two significant electrical issues and discovered the truck had indeed been crashed. The damage from the crash cannot be determined. I can only assume I was lied to about other aspects of this deal as well, as issues seem to be arising at an increasing rate. I sent an email to the owner of Chariot the day I discovered all of this as well as a picture message to his phone of the repair invoice. That was May 8th and today, May 11th, I still have not heard anything from him. He was very quick to respond to my emails when I was buying. I am very disappointed that I was lied to and after attempting to open up communication with him over this issue, was ignored. More
Great to work with. We went in looking for a new Audi A6. They had the perfect car for us and we could not have asked from a better experience. Thanks again. We went in looking for a new Audi A6. I purchased a used truck from Chariot and before I made the purchase, they told me that the car had been owned by one previous owner who traded it in to Chariot, and hadn't been involved in any accidents. the purchase, they told me that the car had been owned by one previous owner who traded it in to Chariot, and hadn't been involved in any accidents. They quickly showed me the Carfax, and the Carfax report showed one accident when the truck had 98,000. However, when I bought the truck it only had 70,000 miles. The dealer told me it was a mistake that Carfax had made, and he would get the accident report removed from Carfax. I was naive enough to believe him. 15 months after buying the truck, I decided to trade it in for something with better gas mileage. I went to two different dealers who looked at the truck and within seconds they told me that they could tell that the whole truck had been completely repainted. One of the dealers pulled an autocheck report and the report showed that the truck had been in a major accident in which the airbags were deployed. He also told me that the truck had been purchased from an auction on 5/8/12, and I bought the truck from Chariot on 5/30/12. The auction also disclosed that the truck had frame damage before Chariot purchased it. Not only did Chariot lie to me about where the truck had come from, they were aware that it had been in a major accident. I called Chariot, explained what had happened, and asked them if they would be willing to buy the truck back from me for $5,000 less than I had purchased it for 15 months before, but they said they wouldn't do that unless I was going to buy another car from them. I would never want another car from them. Instead, I traded it in for $6,000 less than I had purchased it for 15 months prior. Thank you for screwing me over Chariot. I will never buy a car from you again. I hope anyone that reads this realizes how dishonest and unethincal Chariot is and considers going somewhere else to buy a vehicle. More
