Every time I go there I am made to feel as a very valued customer. It is little far for me to drive but I prefer Chapman VW better than Berge VW. I call Kevin each time my Jetta is due for service. I leave a message and he calls back promptly and is very friendly. Although I would prefer to never have to have any service beyond the basic maintenance, my Beetle has required some extra attention. Justin has always been very kind and the car has always been returned to m beyond the basic maintenance, my Beetle has required some extra attention. Justin has always been very kind and the car has always been returned to me in promptly and in much better shape. Justin is friendly, the serivce guys do a good job and the dealerhip offers a better experience than the other VW one that is actually closer to where I live in Chandler. The price is competitive with other dealers but not as good as independant service centers for VW. If I continue to have repeat issues I may have to switch to a local garage for cost efficiency. More
We brought the Jetta in for an oil change and to have the engine light that had been coming on intermitently checked. This happened once before and there was nothing wrong, so we weren't too worried. He ran the diagnostic, determined that it was the timing belt and that it was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty and had everything taken care of! I can now rest assured that when my student has her car up at NAU that everything is in good shape and she's safe driving this vehicle. More

HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH COURTESY AND FRIENDLINESS AND TRUST THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE IS BEING SERVICED, I WILL BE TOLD IF THERE ARE ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS OF WHICH I AM NOT AWARE. MY HUSBAND WAS A MECHANIC SO HAVE HAD LOTS OF EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH RACE VEHICLES AND STREET CARS. NOW THAT HE IS GONE, HAVE TO DEPEND ON A DEALERSHIP TO TAKE CARE OF ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. HAD HOPED A VW DEALERSHIP WOULD BE PLACED IN TEMPE AS I LIVE IN AHWATUKEE AND THAT WOULD ME MORE CONVENIENT. COULD GO ELSEWHERE TO HAVE MY JETTA SERVICED, BUT FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE WORK WILL BE DONE BOTH PROPERLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER AT CHAPMAN SCOTTSDALE. I had an oil change and requested some pricing on some other items. My tire pressure sensors won't shut off and I was told I needed a part that was ~$700. Then I lost the keys to my roof rack. Apparent other items. My tire pressure sensors won't shut off and I was told I needed a part that was ~$700. Then I lost the keys to my roof rack. Apparently that is another ~$600 or so. OR I could call another dealership and get both of these fixed for $500. Oh, and I had to pay a $15 diagnostic fee for the "test" on the sensors. The oil change on my 6 banger was ONLY $70 as well. This is not my first experience with this dealership but unfortunately it is the last. In this economy they seem to find the need to gouge the customer to make their numbers. Too bad. More
I am so happy I came in. Kevin was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like I knew him for years and I actually just met him. I was in very good hands. I will be returning for all of my service and maintenance. He made my experience a great one. I wanted my car to be inspected because I was out of the country for 4 months. He brought me into his office and thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. He recommended an oil change as well. He came into the lounge to check on me while I was waiting and to let me know the remaining time on my car being finished. This was the best customer service I have ever had with getting my car serviced. More
